Q:  How can I unsubscribe from email/stop getting emails?
Login to your Shop4Remedy.com membership here and click on the ‘My Account’ link. If you are opted in to receive email, a box at the bottom of the form will be checked. Simply uncheck that box and click the ‘Submit Changes’ button and you will be unsubscribed from email.

Q:  How can I update my billing address?
If you are a consumer, login to your membership here and click on the ‘My Account’ link. The billing address on file will populate the form on this page. Make any changes necessary and click on the ‘Submit Changes’ button and your new information will be saved.
Physicians cannot change/modify billing or shipping addresses online. Please call your company representative to request this change or click here to send an email.

Q:  Can I log into my membership to see what I’ve previously ordered?
Yes, simply membership and click on the ‘Order History’ link to see all orders you have placed on Shop4Remedy.com.
