Q: How do I track my order?
When your order ships you will be e-mailed a confirmation including a FedEx tracking number. With this tracking number you will be able to track your package on the FedEx website at www.fedex.com If you have questions about your order, please call us at 1-888-633-1663 or email us and we will be happy to assist you.
Q: When will I get an order confirmation number?
You will be shown an order confirmation number on the last page of checkout after you have submitted payment. For your convenience, at the bottom of the page that displays your order confirmation number, you have the opportunity to print this page.
Q: How is sales tax charged?
All orders shipped from Remedy Advanced Skin Care will be subject to sales tax, applicable in accordance with the tax code of the state and city to which the order will be shipped. Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation email and packing slip.
Q: Where can I see what I’ve ordered in the past?
Simply login to your customer account and click on the ‘Order History’ link to see all orders you have placed on Remedy Advanced Skin Care. If you have not registered on the site then your order history is not available.
Shipping and Returns
Q: What are Remedy Advanced Skin Care’s shipping methods?
We ship via FedEx to US addresses only. We cannot accept international shipping or billing addresses. FedEx does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday nor do they deliver to APO/FPO or Post Office boxes. Shipping costs will automatically be calculated and added to your order. We offer flat rate shipping at $6.95, all orders over $50 ship free.
Q: How do I return or exchange an order?
For detailed return and exchange information, go to Shipping and Returns. If for some reason you're not happy with your order, you can return it in its original packaging and original condition with a receipt and receive a full refund. Returned packages must be returned prepaid. Refunds will be issued within 30 days in the form of credit to the credit card holder. Exchanges will be made within 30 days. Items purchased in any location other than Remedy Advanced Skin Care’s website must be returned to their original point of purchase.
